Supported platforms, extraction speed, transcript quality, language detection, timestamps, and downloads may vary depending on the video source, captions, audio quality, platform restrictions, and third-party service availability.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to use ViralTranscript only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the video links you submit, the content you process, and how you use generated or extracted outputs.

You are responsible for respecting copyright, creator rights, platform rules, privacy rights, and any laws that apply to the content you process or reuse.

4. Accounts and usage limits

ViralTranscript is currently offered as a free tool supported by fair-use limits, security protections, and advertising. Some features may require account access now or in the future.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may apply or change usage limits to protect the service from spam, abuse, automated requests, or excessive usage.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use ViralTranscript to:

violate laws or third-party rights; process content you do not have the right to use; bypass usage limits; scrape, overload, attack, or interfere with the service; reverse engineer the service; resell or clone the product; upload malicious content; or use outputs for deceptive, harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.

6. AI-generated and extracted output

AI-generated summaries, takeaways, rewrites, and chat responses may contain mistakes, missing context, or incomplete information. You should review outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them for professional, legal, financial, medical, academic, or business decisions.

ViralTranscript does not claim ownership of your submitted video links or your lawful use of extracted transcript content. However, you remain responsible for your use of all extracted or generated content.

7. Intellectual property

The ViralTranscript name, interface, design, branding, software, workflows, and original website content are owned by ViralTranscript or its creator. You may not copy, clone, resell, or redistribute the service or its design without permission.

8. Third-party platforms and services

ViralTranscript may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for hosting, transcript extraction, AI processing, authentication, databases, analytics, advertising, and other functionality.

ViralTranscript is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Google, Meta, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform unless clearly stated. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Service availability and changes

ViralTranscript is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, availability of every feature, or compatibility with every video link.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves or as required for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ViralTranscript if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risks, violated laws, or caused harm to the service or other users.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

ViralTranscript is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, reliable, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralTranscript and its creator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we update the Terms, we may revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of ViralTranscript after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
