You agree to use ViralTranscript only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the text and files you process and for how you use, modify, export, publish, or otherwise reuse the resulting content.

You are responsible for respecting copyright, creator rights, platform rules, privacy rights, and any laws that apply to the content you process or reuse.

4. Accounts and service protections

ViralTranscript currently provides its core transcript and subtitle tools without requiring an account, email address, or sign-in. The service may use technical and security protections to keep the website reliable and protect it from spam, abuse, automated requests, or other harmful activity.

We may add, remove, or change optional account features or other reasonable security protections in the future as the service develops.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use ViralTranscript to:

violate laws or third-party rights; process content you do not have the right to use; scrape, overload, attack, or interfere with the service; reverse engineer the service; resell or clone the product; upload malicious content; or use outputs for deceptive, harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.

6. Tool output and accuracy

ViralTranscript does not claim ownership of transcript or subtitle content that you lawfully provide to the tools. You remain responsible for having the rights necessary to process and use that content and for reviewing any resulting output.

7. Intellectual property

The ViralTranscript name, interface, design, branding, software, workflows, and original website content are owned by ViralTranscript or its creator. You may not copy, clone, resell, or redistribute the service or its design without permission.

8. Third-party platforms and services

ViralTranscript may rely on third-party service providers for website hosting, analytics, advertising, security, search performance monitoring, and other website infrastructure.

References to third-party products, websites, platforms, or file formats do not imply affiliation or endorsement unless clearly stated. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
