ViralTranscript is a tool that helps users process supported video links and generate transcript-based outputs. We do not grant users rights to copyrighted content owned by others.

You should not use ViralTranscript to copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit copyrighted content unless you have permission from the copyright owner or your use is otherwise allowed by law.

3. Platform rules

Videos from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other services may be subject to their own terms, copyright policies, and content usage rules.

You are responsible for following the rules of any third-party platform connected to the content you process.

4. AI-generated outputs

AI summaries, rewrites, notes, captions, scripts, blog drafts, or other outputs generated from copyrighted material may still be based on copyrighted source content.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and ensuring your use of them does not violate copyright, platform rules, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal obligations.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content processed through ViralTranscript or content published on ViralTranscript infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright complaint to us.

Please include enough information for us to review your request, including the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the relevant URL, your contact information, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Takedown and response

When we receive a valid copyright complaint, we may review the request, remove or restrict access to relevant content where appropriate, or take other action necessary to address the issue.

We may also contact the user involved, request more information, or decline requests that are incomplete, unclear, abusive, or not legally sufficient.

7. Repeat misuse

We may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly misuse ViralTranscript to violate copyright, platform rules, or the rights of others.
